We were up in the area for a day of walking with the dog and stopped in here for fish and chips (and a sausage for the dog) before driving home. All of the food was beautiful, well cooked and very fresh. We only wish we lived closer so we could go more frequently

Wow, the food from this place is amazing. I was training for a marathon and I've been running here there and everywhere. One afternoon I could smell something really nice as I ran through this village and I thought right, remember this place... Well, marathon complete, so friday night was chippy tea night! There was a queue which is is always a good sign and the staff seemed to know many of the customers, also a good sign. When we got home the food was piping hot still and perfectly cooked. I can't recommend this place enough. It was an accidental discovery but one that I'm sticking with. A good chip shop is hard to find 😁 See you again soon.
